Terms and Conditions of Service

1. SARS Compliance & Accounting Software Disclaimer

AppsOnline is designed and supplied strictly as an operational "Digital Invoice Book", Quotation Builder, and Field Service Job Card tracking toolkit.

AppsOnline is NOT an audited general ledger accounting suite (such as Sage Pastel, QuickBooks, or Xero) and is NOT certified as a comprehensive tax return preparation package. AppsOnline generates transactional documents, quotations, and electronic sign-offs for operational business use. If your business is registered for VAT or requires statutory SARS submission, you must import and record your sales and purchase records into an authorized general ledger accounting platform. AppsOnline and Telecore accept no liability for statutory tax filings or accounting non-compliance.

2. Jurisdiction & Eligibility

AppsOnline is licensed and operated exclusively for businesses registered and operating within the borders of the Republic of South Africa. Subscriptions are billed and settled in South African Rand (ZAR).

3. Limitation of Liability & Data Loss Waiver

While AppsOnline utilizes redundant enterprise cloud servers and automatic database backup routines, the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Under no circumstances shall AppsOnline, Telecore, or its directors, employees, or suppliers be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from loss of data, corrupted files, hardware failure, service interruptions, or business disruptions. It remains the sole responsibility of the customer to periodically export and retain local backups of their invoices, customer registers, and financial records.

4. Free Trial, Subscription & Fee Schedule

30-Day Free Trial: All new business accounts receive a complimentary 30-day trial without upfront credit card requirements.
Base Company Fee: R99.00 per month per registered company profile.
User License Fee: R20.00 per month per user account (technicians, administrators, office staff).
Payment Methods: Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Debit order and credit card gateway integrations will be phased in automatically.
Suspension: Accounts with fees overdue by more than 14 days may be subject to administrative suspension until settled.

5. Privacy & POPIA Compliance

AppsOnline complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Customer information, technician GPS stamps, and digital signatures captured via the Progressive Web App (PWA) are stored strictly for the operational use of the registered tenant and will never be sold, leased, or disclosed to third parties.
